PCOS, or polycystic ovaries syndrome definitely can be responsible for the false positive results you are getting on the pregnancy tests, especially when you said that you also bled. That might mean that one of the cysts in your ovaries has gotten that big that has started to cause bleeding and pain, but on the other hand, since the timing from your last period fits in it really could be pregnancy and what you have experienced on Friday was in fact implantation bleeding - it lasted only few hours and it was about the time your next period. So, scan and pregnancy blood test - your situation is really that complicated that we can only now guess. Please, if you get the time, let me know what happened.
