Hello back @ ya! What I like the most for activating this group of muscles are bench press and pushups. While doing bench press you should lie firmly on a bench, putting your head directly under the bar and feet flat on the floor. Head, back, and hips should be pressed against the bench throughout the whole exercise. You should inhale when lowering the bar to the mid to lower area of your chest muscles. Exhale when putting the bar back.
During the pushups the whole body should be firm and the strain should be on the chest muscles.
