No she would not lose her virginity. You can only lose your virginity if you have sexual intercourse with someone. Breaking your hymen, no matter what some old school people tell you, does not mean you've lost her virginity. Also, if a girl has never had sex before the doctor won't go poking around in there because they could accidentally break her hymen and cause her pain. But once again breaking your hymen does not mean losing your virginity. Girls could accidentally break it during gymnastics or riding a bike, and it doesn't mean that they lost their virginity to a bicycle. You can only lose it to another person. I hope that helps.

Midwives have always been women for a reason. Don't let her get examined by a male doctor under any circumstances I don't care if it's his two fingers or his penis. There is little need for a virgin to have this exam in the frist place but if you must then get a female doctor to do it. I wouldn't want her hyman to get damaged so I don't think this procedure should be done on her for that reason too. Doctors are often careless anyway and she could likely get an infection.
