I have been having this itchy sensation inside the tip of my penis after ejaculating, it continues for like a day or two then stop. When i have sex again amd ejaculate the process continues amd just of recent i had sex with my wife and we just lay on the bedbtalking and then after 30-45mins she told me she wants to go wash up cuz she feels like my sperm is itching her. Please what can i do? What can this be? Can someone help me out please?
