I have been looking for an answer to this question for awhile now! Finally, I have it. I have been on adderall for about a year. I was worried about the discharge, but there has never been any pain! There is no doubt that the adderall is the cause. Thank you to whomever started this thread. My wife will definitely find some relief in this as well.

This also is currently happening to me. I was on an antibiotic at the time I was prescribed.. so I thought it was the antibiotic doing it. I'm since off it n just taking adderall. And boy was I freaked out..until I saw this. Thanks for posting I will be switching to something else for sure. Weird that you can't find this written as a side effect..

Yes! I took Adderall six years ago, and noticed that I had the same problem. I stop taking Adderall for five years(the problem stopped) and just recently started taking Adderall again. Since I have started back, I have encountered the exact same situation as I did 6 years ago when I took Adderall. I know what is being said at first could sound like an std, but being celibate for quite a while and this happening (such is my case), your comment only adds frustration and worry to the problem. Hope this helps someone. I've had nail fungus for many years and got this similar penis pain a while. Since i took medicine for nail fungus, the penis pain is minimal or not at all anymore. This could be some kind of "prostate fungus". Can anybody verify this...

I've been on adderall for over a year and sometimes when I sit down to use the rest room basically to poop(sorry we are adults). I'll notice slight clearish discharge after urinating but only within a smaller window after I take adderall and it doesn't happen on days I don't. Ive heard it's a somewhat normal side affect and I haven't been sexually active in about a year to 1.5 years so I had doubts of it being from anything else. Appreciate when people are open about this stuff because it does help with understanding the whole "I'm not alone" aspect.

Yup. I started on Dextroamphetamines for ADHD and first month or two... was burning sensation in penis. Definitely was NOT an STD. Definitely IS being hushed up by drug companies. I see 85 percent of men who take Dextro / Adderall have a form of ED and or can become totally impotent. Joy. Thanks for telling us. I have experienced a certain amount of ED... and girlfriend thought it was her. We are now separated after 14 years being together. I think Adderall / dextro is the equivalent to the penis what MSG is to the human brain... cell death by hyper stimulation. Makes sense. MSG causes cell death in the brain. See pictures at Harvard Med of black dots in brain scans ... holes in the brain. I think the burning sensation is the nerves in the penis that are used for erections being burned to death by Amphetamines and prescriptions for ADHD. Good luck.

I started taking adderall about 1.5 months ago, doc bumped me up to 100 Mg's a day... seems way high. Pharmacist even made a comment about it. Any ways, I have been dealing with pain in my left sometimes right testicle. And lower left and sometimes right abdomen. Also pain down the back side of left thigh and lower back... also one day I took roughly 100 mgs, was fairly dehydrated, and after taking a piss with a shriveled pack ( and not getting off "sexually, even masturbation" in about a week) I had a good dime size worth of cum come out out after urinating??? Wtf? That's the only time it's happened but has me scared, about 1 month ago I got a bj from a random chick after the bar. :/

Especially in the extended release adderall, I had extreme testicular pain and what looked like semen in my urine after a bowel movement. Got tested for every BS STD and all came back negative! Stopped taking the adderall for 3-4 days and it disappeared completely. . Took it again a week later and boom, it came back. . . Stopped for a couple years and started the non XR and everything was fine. . . For a couple months, then the drip penis (minus the pain) came back. . Just sucks because adderall really helps. . When it doesn't make me feel like I constantly bang Thai whores.... Hope this helps.
