My partner and I are sexually active and we have an open relationship. We strictly have safe sex. However, he has now got a yelllowish discharge from his penis and the tip of his penis is rather sore. I wonder whether he might have got it from me?
I had oral sex with another person and just wonder if I could have contracted the infection is my mouth and then passed it on to him? I have no symptom.
On the other hand, he also has allot of foreskin that is fairly tight around his penis. So this might have caused an infection?
We have a doctor app soon, but i just want some answers for now.

It is highly unlikely that you would pass him an infection orally but since you said you had an open relationship, he himself could have had sex with another person.
The fact that he cannot pull his foreskin back all the way may contribute to an infection. If he can’t retract the foreskin all the way, it means that he can’t wash properly under the foreskin. If smegma (the white stuff) accumulates under the foreskin, it will represent a very good ground for both yeast and bacterial infections and make him more prone to developing one.
Yellowish discharge from the penis could indicate all sorts of std’s, not necessarily Gonorrhea but avoid sex until you know for sure what it is.
