Penis looks a bit green or brown...

I I was having sex and pulled out. Then when I went back in I hit her leg and my penis hurt. It bent a bit but I was able to finish. The next day we had sex again and i got a normal erection without pain. I came fine. But then a couple of days later my penis head seemed a little swollen. Now the swollen is no longer there but the head of my penis looks like this: the top tip part is pink. The bottom front tip and sides seem to be purple or light brown. The color has not changed. The front bottom part kind of makes a ring around my penis head. The top of that colored ring looks light green. I masturbated last night and my penis head now looks a little wrinkly. But the front end part is not wrinkled. It doesn't hurt. It only hurt after it hit my gf's leg/groin area. But the pain was quickly gone. For the last week or so my penis does not hurt per se. It feels a little sore and kind of full. like if it has fluids in there. When I touch my penis head (before it was a little numb but now i can feel fine) it's tickly and i get a sensation in a nerve that stretches from the tip of my penis to my butt. It is in the same path that feels really good when I come. I went to planned parenthood and the nurse said it looked fine but every now and then my penis gets really hot like a fever and my feet get like that too. I read that it could be a bruise. Right now I have the same sensation as when I have blue balls. No pain just a little uncomfortable. Sometimes i feel a little itchy on my penis shaft but it quickly goes away. No pain during urination. No burning either. No abnormal discharge. No blood coming out. I am freaking out because it's my penis I'm talking about.I also read online that i may have pinched my lower sciatic nerve or something. has anyone experienced this before? If so what did you do and how are you feeling now?
