Try a brand new product called Ted's Pain Gel (not the Cr4eam, which has menthol in it; fiery hot on genitalia), available on Amazon. I had horrible, intractable, neuropathic pain for 38 years that caused my sex life hell and in one week it was gone. 3x's/day for the first week and as needed thereafter.

Did it ever get better? I might actually sign up for the 1-3 year plan as long as it gets better.

How can doctors get away with prescribing steroids for there!? Unreal.

Has anyone tried PRP injections? Aka the Pshot? Or stem cell injections/creams?

The silicon scar pads might be helpful. Its how they heal burn wounds. How else do they heal burn wounds that might be helpful here?

I got prescribed ketoconazole for an infection that i didnt even have, same thing happened to me, the top half of my foreskin thinned, became red, sticky and dry, this was when i was 17, caused me such shame that i accepted i was never going to be able to have a sex life.

Im 24 now and started using the scar patches, in just 2 days the foreskin seems to be healing, the difference is still visible but it isnt that dry or red right now, it even cured a slight phimosis that i had as a cause of the dryness.
Ill keep using the for the next weeks and see how it goes.

I guess he wont be reading this anymore but if i recover, to the guy with the idea of the patches, i have no words to say how grateful i am, you couldve literally saved my life.

Thank you

I tried the scar sheets and they are a nightmare to remove. Your skin almost comes off with the sheet. I have a hard time believing someone actually used these long enough to have success. I may look into the gel or just deal with the thin red skin forever.

BTW I am circumcised so maybe that is why the scar sheets are hard to take off. Felt like my skin was coming off.

Same experience. Can’t believe it’s legal what they did to us.

I had the same problem as everyone else when I was 21yo. I’m 29 now and been through a lot of red, dry and small cuts on my foreskin. The only thing that could help me was Cicaplast b5 by la roche. I’ve been applying it once a day for the last 2 years and it helped my foreskin recover very well, though it will never get back to the point it was before the steroids.
Make sure to use it every day to help with moisturizing. Also, use a mild soup for bathing (something like baby’s soup or sensitive skin soup) and do not apply it directly in the skin and use small amount. Do not ever bath your penis in hot water, it irritates the foreskin.
Remember this is a very sensitive skin from now on, and stay away from steroids.

Man, can you please contact me somehow? I ve been really confused about what to do. Sometimes i think I have a problem worse than you guys. The more time goes by, the more frequently my skin has a layer dying. Im not masturbating or anything for a month now, and intend to hold this for months or years, without sexual activity. Basically when I tried to maturbate, my skin lost a layer even if i was using oil or ky. Right i belive that erection is damaging my skin by its own.

Gus : basically a white "stain" appeared on my frenulum. Urologist prescribed high potent steroid cream, didnt know what that was, used for 2 weeks. My glans and foreskin became sensible, i freaked out and went on many doctors since december 2021. Now is august 03 2022.

On march, a doc prescribed a cream to kill fungus and bacteria (there were no signs of infection). This gave me an strong allergic reaction, since then things just dont stop getting worse.

After this on march, my glans started to "mark" easily, foreskin is able to mark my glans with the slightest pressure. If I try to mastubate normally with oil or something to help, even using this, my skin peels off. I spent 2 months without using creams, no use. I tried oils to keep it moisturized, peeled off. I started to reach orgasms just pressing the body of my penis, just to relief, once every 10 days, but it peels off. Now I completely stopped mastubating for a month (intend to stop indefenetely) but erections seems to stress my skin (glans and foreskin) and it is not getting better.

On my vacation from university, i visited 2 doctors attempting to get a solution and test those treatments.

1st: prescribed a gel to clean and hidrate my skin (it is a gel that cleans, has no soup) + cream similar to cicaplast b5 (appears to stress my skin, it gets red)

2nd: prescribed a liquid soap, something to help with intestinal microbiome (it makes skin healthier), a anti-inflamatory substantece steroid-like cream but doesnt thin skin and fluconazol

Im still afraid, dont know what to do. Does anyone has a story very similar to mine? Thanks
