Bull.  Doctors prescribe all sorts of c**p without knowing or caring what they're doing.  They even have a cream for trolls to make them look like normal men.

I wanted to chime in on this post, because for years i have had this issue (on and off) and been to "top" dermatologists in my area and used various creams and such.  I always thought that I had some undiscovered STD or something.

When I was 28 years old, I began having these kind of "tears" always in the same exact place on the left side of my penis very close to the head.  They began after intercourse with my girlfriend who had just gotten over a yeast infection.  I had always used lotion to masturbate and continued to after the cut started showing up.  I have been tested for every STD in the book and always get back a negative result.  I tried switching to unscented lotion, going dry, etc etc. After many months of struggling with this issue, I switched to KY water based lube to masturbate and never looked back.  Once I let the sore heal for a couple weeks and switched to lube, the sore never appeared again.

Now, 4 years later I ran out of lube and used some Bath and Body works lotion, and the sore appeared again.  So for me, I am either irritated by a fragrance or chemical in the lotion. Or the moisturizing property of the lotion in general causes an over-moisturization of the skin with causes a thinning and eventual tear.

I used Hrydrocrotozile for like 3 weeks and it did not work against the sligbt redness on my penile head then doctor prescribed me Elocon Otment (steriods) and I used it for 3 weeks under his supervision before I finished the third week I decided to stop because it is only making things worse!!

Now, thougb it is less irritated but it is still very sensetive, I guess we can only pray to god that he cures us.

Any thoughts?

Use coconut oil on your penis. Keep patience as its a slow process and use oil on ur penis head. You penis 'll be healed after 3 to 6 months.

A year and a half ago, I found myself in the same problem.

After using antibiotics, i notices little white circles on penis glans. I went then to urologist and he looked me for about one minute, and he said it's nothing, only balanitis, and he prescribe me a Triderm and said that I should use it 7 days, twice a day, in the morning and in the evening.

I did that, and after 7 days, my glans skin wasn't smooth like it was before using the Triderm. Now there are tiny scars on the front of the penise glans. In erection, they strech. I woudn't say that I have pain in erection because of that, but I would say that my glans is less sensitive on that place. I noticed that I have less pleasure with glans when penise is in erection, but maybe that bringed more durability.

I pitty you genuis who put this c**p on your penis. I had a doctor who prescribe streroid cream to me for over 5 years to put on my scrotum. It started off as what he thought was a accute case of jock iche. He gave me the cream and some sort of fungle pills to take for a week. Next visit he cut the pills off and gave me a stronger dose of the steroid cream to keep putting on my scrotum. This went on for over five years. Now I have the most descusting looking scrotum that anyone has ever seen. They are always burning they stay so dry they crack and bleed all the time and they ich so bad that I walk around wtih both hands in my pants all day long trying to scratch them. I have thousands of what looks like tears in the skin. Someone said that is the thinning of the skin all over them. I have been diagnosed to have Angry Scrotum Syndrome or Red Scrotum Syndrome. This comes from the skin becoming addicted to the steriod. So far this is incureable. All that can be done is put different moisturizers on them to try and help me be comfortable with it.I have spent thousands of dollars on different creams to try and get rid of this.Or to try and get any sort of relief from it. I can hardly get an erection for sex because of the thought of the burning when the body fluids come in contact with the scrotum.Im very angry about this and think the doctor was a idoit and could careless about what was happening to me.It seemed like the situation was embarasing to him and he just wanted done and out of his office. This is and was just as embarasing for me to have to pull my scrotum out for a straigher to look at and examine. Now im thinking about  filing a malpractice lawsuit. I feel im damaged goods for life. My sex life is shot and god knows if my wife left me I would never be able to let a strange lady see them for the embarisment of the way they look. They look like they have a terriable STD of some sort. I know I would run if I looked at a women and she looked like I do in that area.

You are allergic to the composition of the cream. Have your doctor switch you to the slave version, petrolatum based, of the steroid. The splotchy discoloration will disappear in less than a week.
