This could be due to ANY number of things. Doesn't matter if you are a virgin or not. It could be due to hard stools/hemorroids, it could be overactive bladder/urine leakage [urine causes burning when not washed enough], it can be if you are overweight/obese skin touching skin, no air getting to skin, skin needs to breathe, if you are diabetic and your sugars are out of whack, this could lead to a breeding ground of yeast in the vagina. Therefore a yeast infection with  uncontrollable itching.

You have to see a doctor to see how to treat this... dont try taking care of it yourself. You CAN, but it may not have a long lasting effect.
