Ok, so I am currently 3 days late on my period. I've never had sex but my boyfriend and I do "do things" i.e. oral, hand jobs etc. However, each of the times he's ejaculated it's never come in contact with anything other than my hand. One time though, after giving him a hand job, I got some semen on my hand. Well I went to wipe a bug off my thigh, stupidly with that same hand. It was on my outer upper thigh (wearing bathing suits). We were hiking in a creek so I bent down in the water for a second to try and wash it off. Also, no more than 10 minutes later we went swimming in the pool. The thing is, I've had 2 normal periods since then, so why is this period so late?! I have a very irregular period, always varying from 23-28 days..I am now at day 31. HELP!!

No period is perfect, and just because one period is irregular doesn't mean anything is wrong with you in the biological sense. Normal periods can vary from 23-31 day cycles and still be considered normal. If your last period was early and this period was late, then that just means your body could be setting your cycle straight.
This same thing kind of happened to me last month I was seriously late, but I knew there was no need to be worried, yet even though I knew not to worry my brain still crept up on me. So I understand what you're going through.
Just know that if you've had a normal period since your last "risk" (you really didn't have a risk in what you discribed), there is no need to worry about a pregnancy. There is still a risk for STDs if ejaculate comes into play, so just remember that. ;-)
I would however start thinking about contraception, or abstaining from these kind of activities until the paranoia goes away. It's nothing you should have a mental breakdown over if you are ready for sexual activity.
