Periods 1 month late! Lead to pregancy;

Hi I’m 24 and my period is due in 10 days but I’m bleeding and have hay unprotected for the last 4 weeks with my bloke and I just don’t no what it could be have pains like period as well my last period was 3 weeks ago any advice please
