so I am having slight bleeding but its like dark brown and mucusy. My period is also really early but its not like a regular period. Could this be implantation or something else?

You can have bleeding if you are pregnant, dark brown indicates "older" blood.
Implantation bleeding is normally very light - spotting. No pad needed. It usually occurs about a week before your period is due.
There is also the possibility of an infection.
How early is your period? Is there the possibility of pregnancy?
