Hello! I am a 42 year-old woman and I have never had any problems with PMS or my periods. Everything well smoothly. However, my daughter is experiencing problems for both of us. She is constantly complaining about the stomach cramps and the low back pain. I don’t know how to help her. She is 16 by the way. DO you have any advice? Thx

I also had a lot of menstrual cramping when I was a teenager. AT the beginning, I was able to get out if the bed. I didn’t do anything about it except from pain killers that would usually help. In time, the cramps started to fade away, as I was getting older. I talked to a pharmacist once and she told me that some positive nutrition changes could be made in order to loose the pain, regular exercises and some women even use topical progesterone creams.
