Okay this is something that's been happening for quite a while, but it's never caused any problems so I've never thought anything of it until now. For the passed few years, I've had what looks like a whitehead pimple on the bottom (when standing up) of the head of my penis. it's always been very small and has never caused any pain or anything. I'm 19 currently and it probably appeared about 2 or 3 years ago I suppose. I was never sexually active aside from self-pleasure until about a year ago, and still am sexually active with the same girl. We were each other's firsts and have never been with anyone else, so it's not related to any STD. just recently, the pimple/cyst/whatever it is, has gotten a bit swollen and has a red tint to it. I'm not sure what to make of it. I've tried popping it multiple times, but it always grows back. I can still ejaculate just fine, but now that it's swollen it gets irritated when it rubs against anything. Urination feels fine also. Not sure what to do. Any advice?
