hello i am a 13 year old male and i have a small red pimple-like bump on my scrotum, i have never been sexually active and i won't be for a long time, do you think this is anything serious (i was thinking its a ingrown hair follicle because theres a very tiny hole in the middle of it) should i see a doctor about this or can any of you tell me what it sounds like?
edit- it only gives some pain if i rub on it otherwise it doesnt hurt at all
