I'm 49 years old. I have risk factors for heart disease such as high triglycerides, pre diabetic, and being overweight. I have had a pain just above my left breast that comes and goes. At times after eating I get pain in my upper left hand side of my chest and minor pain in my left arm but I burp alot and the pain goes away. Last night it was bad. I sent myself into a panic attack because I was scared. I should also tell you that I almost always sleep on my left arm because I sleep on my stomach and arm under my pillow. I have been told that I have H. Pylori as well as heart regurgitation. I feel fine now. am I having a heart attack?
