About a week ago I noticed that I was having some alternating pain in my left arm (bicep) area. It comes and goes, so I've just been ignorning it and dealing with it. (it is uncomfortable at times). Now a week later, starting today I'm having pain in the left bicep area that feels like a burning pain, has radiated down to my hand once and for an instant felt numb. I am under a great deal of stress right now, 45 years old and about 50lbs overweight. I was in this last March because I was having trouble breathing, ended up being a panic attack of some sort and after all the stress test and such, they gave me a clean bill of health, so it's hard to believe this might be anything very serious, however the pain is becoming more uncomfortable? Any advice would be appreciated.
