Hello,
I am 21yrs male,
Recently I had upper back pain so I went to doctor and I had x-ray test in that test doctor had doubt that my heart is enlarged (not related to back pain he just found out) so he suggest me for 2d echo test.

So after that I had 2d echo test for heart in that test cardiologist found that I have trivial mitral and tricuspid regurgitation and he advice me that do not lift weight suddenly more than 15 kg if I have to lift weight then I should lift it gradually...and he also told me that nothing to worry and no need of continues medication (He gave me D-rise sachet for 7 weeks ...1 per week).

But after x-ray test I was to worried about my enlargement of heart and I start observing my breathing and I found that I am not able to getting deep satisfying breath then after 2 d test I thought that it may be because of psychological because 2 d tests are normal.

But after 8-10 days (now) I am realizing that I could not take deep satisfying breath and I need to take deep breath again and again.....
It might be anxiety but is it possible that it is because of any above problem ?  and If it is anxiety then how I cure it and how many days it will take to cure me? Or what could be other  possible causes of it? should I visit cardiologist again? or I should visit Lung specialist ? Plz. Help as early as possible...

Thank you....

It's definitely just anxiety man, try to do something that keeps your mind off of it. I had a lot of similar problems when I went through a direly cardiophobic phase where I lived in constant panic about having a heart attack, any little pain in my stomach or anything sent me into a full blown panic attack. Your mind can do a lot of crazy things. So try not to dwell on it, if you're a smoker like I am then natural deep breaths would be harder to take.
