PLEASE READ! im 14 and really scared because i may have chlomidia in my mouth,

i gave my boyfriend oral sex and he never wore a condom and me and my friends were at this health centre and they said you can get chlomidia in your mouth if you give oral sex and the boy is not wearing a comdom... so i was checking my mouth that night and i found a yellow bulgy bit in the back of my mouth and my tounge is goingg yellow at the back, its been really sore when i swallow, :/
