Why have I been feeling fairly constant pain/cramping on my left side ovary area, along with a lower backache every since ovulation. I'm 4 dpo had a shift drop change today from 98.4 to 97.5. My period is not do for about a week. I'm wondering if I could be pregnant. I never have menstral cramp pain till about a day before my period, and this feels all together different.

Hey yall I experienced the same cramping around my right overy and my lower back, BUT my pain got worse so I finally went to the hospital. I was experiencing a tubal pregnancy!!! I would strongly reccomend yall going to see a doctor. Let me know how everything goes. Email: _[removed]_
