Possible pregnancy after tubal ligation? I'm having the same symptoms like I had in first pregnancy

Ok 20 years ago I found out I was pregnant with my beautiful daughter after a week of having "flu like" symptoms coughing, I even lost my voice...a year and 5 days after my daughter I gave birth to my handsome son ♥ I was 22 and so over being pregnant and 2 young ones in diapers my husband and I decided together on a tubal ligation...we had our perfect little family so I had a scheduled C-section & they tied my tubes while I was on the table so now here I am 20 years later I'm having the same symptoms as with my daughter! On top of that I'm 10 days late for AF! I'm wondering if it is late due to being sick or if it's a complete surprise pregnancy...my symptoms include... "flu like symptoms" plus sore breasts, back pain, ALWAYS tired, moodiness & emotional at the drop of a hat oh and of course 10 days late for AF...but I'm afraid to test due to possible ectopic or a BFN or even a BFP! I'm so confused I don't know what to do considering my youngest is 18 going on 19...I work 70 hours a week and I'm 40 almost 41! What is everyone's thoughts on this subject? I need advice on what to do...
