I had a surgical abortion a week ago I was 11 weeks, the pregnancy was unplanned and i didnt find out ill i was 10 weeks as I was using protection. straight after the abortion I had no pain slight bleeding. my bleeding is going away i just have a brownish discharge but for 2 days now I have been getting cramps and i can feel these in my rectum area they feel like constipation pains the bleeding has not changed at all its just the cramps that hurt a lot. Is this normal because I have read it is as its the body adjusting but I am not sure if i should worry and call a nurse yet.
