I am always uncomfortable with my abdomen. In August 2016 I had an appendix operation. Itching and pains all the time. Whether I eat or not, the slight pain is always there. What should I do?

My grandson had his appendix removed a year ago and ever since it seems like everything gives him the runs!! He has also had bouts of vomiting in the middle of the night. At first I thought he had developed a dairy allergy, but I cut out all dairy and he uses almond milk and still has the runs!?? He is only 12 and I feel so bad for him!! If anyone finds an answer to this issue, please share! Doctors are no help!! Have had him in to multiple different doctors, no answers!!! HELP!!!!
