I had a micro bilat varicocelectomy about 2 weeks ago, i jumped out of a truck bed and the landing did hurt at my stitches on my abdomen a bit (not my smartest move). Now my right side of stitches are swollen/bulging, the left side is fine. What is the possibility that i broke my internal stitches, and what has to happen to fix them if some broke?

I had a bilateral varicolectomy last June 28. 2 weeks+ after, I tried to ejaculate. The left doesnt hurt at all but the right does. It feels like the sack where the cut was made had hardened. I'm going to have it checked right now
