I get a sharp pain while running in my PT, its has gotten worse in the past month but when I am warmed up it goes away a little not as sharp.. My question.. Is this going to need alot of rest say a couple of weeks or will resting more in between runs do the trick?

Rest few weeks, best advice, don't risk it, and use an ice pack for 15-20 minutes at a time, several times a day. Place a towel between the ice pack and your skin. This will help with recovery the most, so avoid the cause and ice, just the best home remedy. Also if you use any kind of elastic bandaging don't wrap the bandage too tight. It may cut off circulation. hope this helped with your pain problem. Bai
