Precum in Pool, we were fooling around

Hi I am a guy and I am 15 years old and I am kinda freaked out me and my girlfriend were in a pool and we were dry humping and I pulled my Private part out and she was rubbing it against her Bathing suit the pool had chlorine and I did not ejaculate and after I went to the restroom and when I was about to pee I had pre ejaculated I don't know if I could have pre ejaculated while with her in the pool or if it is only one time because I kept feeling the tip and it didn't feel sticky in the pool but I'm scared and I am not sure what to do I heard that chlorine kills the sperm if any but earlier I had also peed that morning I need advice I don't think I pre ekaculated because I did that when I went to the bathroom AFTER the pool please help
