actually that is highly unlikely if not impossible. see the thing is sperm has only one duty...to find the egg. sperm needs vaginal secretions to live the 24-48 hours it does to try to find the egg. without the vaginal secreations it won't live and since it was on his fingers before he fingered you i would say that you lucked out and most likely won't get pregnant.
