Hi. Did you have a complete hysterectomy or a partial? Hormone imbalances could cause the symptoms of bloating, nausea, tender breasts, nipple discharge etc. If you are concerned, a home pregnancy test would soon tell you the answer

Are you kidding me? You can't get pregnant without a uterus!!! If you still have your ovaries, it sounds like you just have PMS, which you can still have even though you won't have a period. Don't listen to crzyfl; just call your doctor...

It is possible to carry a baby in your ovaries, there have been more than a few reported cases in the last few years.

I am 48 yo and I had a hysterectomy in 1985, i am now huge pregnant. I took 4 home test that showed positive and then a blood test at the Dr. I am going for an ultra sound in 2 weeks, but he wants me to have an abortion because of an abdominal wall pregnancy is very dangerous because of hemorraging.... I see this as a huge blessing and a gift from god...........so no abortion.

earthgoddesscarla, did you have the baby? I am 46 and had a partial hyst in 1989 and I think I may be pregnant but the home preg test said no. when i went to the doctor he told me there was no way I am pregnant I have no uterus. But something is moving and last night I felt a kick. A real kick. there is no way i would have an abortion I have been praying to God that i conceive and I hope that i am but i don't know how to make the doctor take me seriously. How far along was you before the test showed up positive? i hope you get this email I know it has been a long time since you posted but do you have any advice?

You can get pregnant without a uterus, it would most likely be ectopic or it would latch to a vital organ in both cases the pregnancy will have to be terminated
