Pregnant and confused : (

Hi all!  I Want to get pregnant! But got cold n fever! Afraid to take medication!It's too early to do the pregnancy test coz it's only 7days after ovulation. I had sex on 27th of Jan - 2 days before ovulation cycle and had sex 29th of Jan on ovulation cycle (ovulation cycle date are 29th, 30th and 31st Jan - are the best time for sex). Now I have massive sore throat, coughing and now! Have fever! On a really hot week (38 degrees above)  Im currently sufferring Nasal congestion and bad chest cough! (chest infected)  I'm afraid to take cold n flu tables! And it's too early to take pregnancy test! Coz it's only 7days after ovulation period! At this stage there's symptom shown! but really confusing! My breast feels abit sore (sometime) but not tends, sometime want to vomit, feeling dead tired, crampy and emotional (hard to tell coz I'm got fever n cold) toilet? But I did a pregnancy test n it came out as negative! So sad Friends been telling me it's jz too early! I need professional advice! I really want a baby! Pls help
