Hi, I'm 26 years old. I had a tubal ligation 2 years ago after the birth of my 3rd child. They waited 3 weeks after my c-section to do it laparoscopicly. I usually have a 30 day cycle. I had a very short, very abnormal period for the month of febuary to be followed this month by a missed period. I have taken a home pregnancy test which came out negative (no suprise there, none of my pregnancies ever registered). I have been extreamly moody, have had a decrease in libido, had nausea lasting about 2 weeks at the beginning of march. What's wrong with me if not pregnant?
