I wasnt pooping a lot, only a few drops. It was when i made several trips to the bathroom early in the morning because i had diarea. On the last trip i made, i looked in the toilet and saw the blood. What's wrong? Should i be worried???

What I'm going to say might sound a bit gross but I don't mean it that way just so you know.
The way you worded something at the beginning sounds like you'd been having trouble using the restroom. Sometimes you will have blood in your stool if you've been constipated (Due to straining, etc.)
If it's bright red it could just be, like I said, straining too hard. It could also be something simple like a hemorrhoid.
However, If it's dark blood you need to make an appointment with your doctor AS SOON AS POSSIBLE because that could be something very serious! (Internal bleeding, etc.)
If you have a lot of pain in your lower stomache after having a bowel movement and it doesn't go away, I think you need to go to your doctor and if that pain is bad enough and your stool is dark, I would even recommend going to the ER.
I'm not a doctor by any means but I'm just telling you some of what I know.
