Yours is definetly from the medication had the same problem couple months ago, you're normal and healthy with that being said.

This is NOT how "food poisoning" manifests. Please do not just throw any old thing out there. Study food poisoning symptoms.

Hope you'll let people know what is discovered, how it is discovered, and what's to be done about it - that is, if anything at all is actually amiss.

I've had the same problem for over 5 years. Gas, severe bloating, right upper gastric pain radiating to back. Worsens when I eat anything, so I don't want to eat. Roaring stomach gas sounds. Force myself to eat to stay alive. The pain is horrible. Stools are also yellow to gray sometimes soft with diarrhea if I eat something fatty. Gall bladder removed because they thought that was the problem. Still don't have an answer....trouble sleeping as as well. It's gotten to the point where I only feel somewhat good is when I wake up; but after I eat 30 minutes later, I look like a hot air balloon around the waist. The pain some times radiates to my right shoulder and breast. I feel myself getting thinner each day and withering away. Colonoscopy and all test normal. Dr makes you want to cry when you speak with them. Then psych meds recommended. The pain is real..I asked an old friend surgeon to do an Elap (open me up and look at all my gastric system to see what is going on). They can don that anymore. I'm so tired...going for upper endoscopy next month, hopefully an answer may come. The pain is REAL.

I've been struggling with something very similar for the past 4 days...
I started to feel unwell on Thursday night.
On Friday morning my stomach was in agony when I woke up. I felt like I was going to be sick if I burped (but I felt I needed to burp as it was like some food was almost stuck in my upper stomach; it was really painful). I was sick 6 times around 9.15am.
Throughout Friday, Saturday & Sunday I didn't eat much at first.
I've eaten dry toast, 1 can of tomato soup, dry plain biscuits & some salt & vinegar crisps.
My stools have been unformed and literally yellow. When I go, I feel slightly better, but then I can feel my stomach bloating up again and aching.
I've also been experiencing long headaches (up to 24 hours at a time), shaking & sweating.
I can't put it down to something specific I've eaten. I just hope it's a nasty bug which will soon go!

So I have something similar. About 4-5 days ago I had diarrhea and I didn't eat that day because I was afraid I was going to c**p out my entire stomach. After that I tried eating the next day but I just wasn't hungry and I love food! After about 3 days I started to be able to eat at least 2 out of the 3 meals a day and I started feeling better. Today I had softer stool but there was some kind of dark yellow mucus or something surrounding just the one tiny part of stool. I haven't seen a doctor yet but I'm just freaked out and want to know why this is happening.

I know this was over a year ago that you posted, but it is a gallbladder issue you are experiencing (or were). Ask for an ultrasound. If they do not find any blockages, you must have a HIDA scan done. It is definitely gallbladder.
