Heya, I'm 17 years old and a smoker. On Saturday I was with my friends and they gave me a go of their electric cigarette as I'm trying to quit. I felt fine, but after a while I began to feel out of breath, and I couldn't take deep and fulfilling enough breaths. Yesterday (Sunday) I told my parents, and they said if I just relaxed it would go away. Monday now, and it hasn't gotten any better. My heart rate is normal, which is a good sign. I'm just concerned with why my breathing is the way it is. It feels like I have a heavy weight on my chest all the time, when I get a deep enough breath I feel like my breathing is normal.
Someone help please! Thankyou! xo

Just stop cold turky. You are young trust me I smoked for 30 years and quit 7 months ago and it has been hell. I say every day I wish I would have never picked up a cig. Do yourself a favor forget the e-cigs or patches just stop go through the withdrawals and never pick up another your body and mind will thank you years down the road. Good Luck
