Its my first cold winter and i have had a recurrent swelling/burning sensation under my chin, it is not visible but i can feel that its a bit warmer than usual and sometimes my jaw hurts. The air around is usaully cold, dry and polluted. Sometimes, on the top of my throat i get a tingling sensation, but when I gaugle salt water it seems to receed. Whenever I go outside im quick to get a running nose and when I drink alcohol or smoke shisha the next day the burning sensation worsens in the morning and then goes away later, my throat is sore but this goes away also. I have checked everywhere else around my body for swelling of lymph nodes etc but there are non. I have tonsils which come here and there but I don't know if they are connected to this. I also have a couple of friends who said that it is also happening to them, and they also don't know what it is, but others have said it normal and happens to them in winter. I also keep touching the region frequently and can't stop and I yesterday drank lots of tea with honey and sugar than usual but this only resulted in me getting a really dry throat and the lymph nodes under my chin became swollen, only minor though, but i'm still getting temptemted to touch the region, I gaugled salt water and they seemed to recide a little. I dont know whats happening to me. I'm not feeling any pain but this is annoying and worrying me. Is this normal, whats happening??
