Hi,

I've recently noticed a stong pulsating lump in my abdomen, just above the navel and slighly to the left. I am very thin so I started proding the area and discovered a vertical semi-soft lump which is pulsating. Is it possible to feel your abdominal aorta if you're really thin or could this be more serious? I'm a 32 year old, fit female. I don't smoke, I eat well and I don't have high bp.
