I recently discovered a lump on my inner right thigh. It's sore and as big as a quarter. It has no "head" to pop it. It is under the skin. Btw I have an overactive immune system, if it helps. I would just like to know, will go away on its own or is it something doctor worthy.
Are there any clues to what this could be? Thanks.

I have the same issue. I actually have a few. They don't grow, but they don't feel soft and squishy as a lipoma should. Did you ever find out what it was?
