I am a 12 year old guy. I weight 95lbs and am 4'11". My build is kind of scronny. I want to lose about 10 - 15 lbs in a week or two. I read to drink a lot of water before meals but what else. I really want to impress my hopefully soon to be girl friend. And yes i know tha you think i am too young to worry about my weight and that i am fine the way i am but i really want to lose that weight so please help.

first of all, u dnt hv to be worried abt ur weight right now....
secondly, if u wanna lose... eat more and more veges and fruits and do walk daily....
day 1- 5 min walk in ur full speed
day 2--- 10 min,
day 3-- 15 min and increase the time... day by day
and yes, increase your water intake...
