Hey Mary

I'm sorry you're not feeling well and experiencing bad withdrawal symptoms  from quitting smoking.

Firstly I want to congratulate you for making the decision to quit smoking. ' you go girl' :)

I quit smoking 2 years ago, COLD TURKEY with no assistance from products to help me quit smoking like the patch or chewing gum etc.

I personally thought it's to expensive and I was so determined to quit and I did, however I also experienced the worst withdrawal symptoms like you. I had really bad leg cramps, my tummy was in knots, had constant nausea, got anxious and had the worsssst mood swings ever. I also started sweating so much for no reason and every second day I would get a runny nose which was soooooo weird.

The worst thing I experienced is constipation:( omg I hardly went to the toilet and was bloated. My tummy looked like I was pregnant lol. I got rid of being constipated by drinking coffee and started to eat more fibre to assist me go to the toilet.

Thankfully after three weeks the withdrawal symptoms went away but if you can't handle them on your own go to your doctor and get some advice. Apparently theres  tablets now that doctors can prescribe you to assist you quit smoking without feeling sick.Try it. I don't know what it's called but I know it starts with C,  I heard it works and has great reviews, google it.

I know I didn't help you, but I thought ill post and put your mind at ease and let you know someone else experienced what you have. Try your best to drink heaps of water and eat healthy so you don't do what i did, become a binge eater and gain weight.

Good luck, let me know how you go.
