what is a safe level to be detxoed off of meth. My husband has been on a split dose for about 2 years, doing 90mg. in the mornning and then another 90 mg. just before bedtime. This week they dropped him to 40 mg. a day. I thought you needed to be detxoxed at a slower amount each dayor week, like 5 mg. or so. We are cash paying coustermers at our clinic and. have never been on non payment, My main concern is can this llarge amount reduced so quickly do him harm.
