I am a methadone patient. I started self medicating due to really bad anxiety. I pretty much vibrate from shaking, cant work, can barely speak. Its been affecting my life for 8 years now, I'm basically a hermit. Somewhere down the line, receiving no help from doctors, I started self medicating. Methadone helps to an extent, but not nearly enough to live a normal life. Anyway, that's a whole different story. 

So, i took tenazapam recently, about 6 of them, all in the same evening. That was about 8 days ago. I am aware that benzos typically stay in urine for a long time, however, I am unable to find a straight answer as to how long this one is detectable in urine. I hoped that a large dose would leave my system quicker than taking them through out the days, or I would have been smarter with them.  

Anyway, I had to leave a screen today. I tried really hard to avoid it, but they seem to be cracking down. I got my boyfriend to take 1-5mls of my dose (of 200mg)  and pee'd 5-6 hours later. I'm really freaking out, as that is such a small dose. Is it even detectable? I'm looking for people that have taken small doses and showed up positive? What about negative?
