This is an awesome post...thank you for been positive and taking action into recovery. If we all have a plan to heal our bodies our level of stress will reduce and we can let our body do what it needs to do. I would recommend making a list of doctors, alternative medicine physicians, nutriologist, friends, etc.,that you need to see. Once you have everything in check you can follow doctors orders and continue with a normal healthy life. Best wishes to all.

I have the same going on although about 3 or 4 weeks ago I went of my birth control I whipped this mucus it was clear an jelly looking. I have been to GI for last year due to my stomach is found out I had a bacteria in my small intestine I took antibiotics for a couple of months I had went through an upper GI I had went through a colonoscopy I have hemorrhoids.. I had my colonoscopy about a year ago and everything came back good I have never wiped clear jelly stuff from my bottom

I suffer this too. I get a discharge before and after a BM. Doing an enema every morning does help. I have done a lot of research and these are the possible reasons: rectal prolapse, hemorrhoids, rectocele, fissure, fistula, food allergy or intolerance, crohns, medications. I think a defecating proctogram is the best was to identify if it's anatomical. Hydrogen breath testing can see if it's an intolerance, allergy testing for allergies. I'm getting hemorrhoids banded and all of the above testing to try and fix this. I'm terrified it's a prolapse (internal).

I did the Hulda Clark protocol and used the zapper and ate mostly organic green veggies everyday and now I'm happy to say that I have been mucus free itchy free for 8 months after two years of trying everything there is out there from doctors. A also did a few master cleanses in between and it helped me tremendously. Now I mostly eat healthy organic veggies and follow Dr. Sebi electric food diet meaning no meats and only non-hybrid food. This is an alkaline diet consisting of high alkaline foods ( real food ).

I too have been noticing caramel colored mucous after I wipe. I've been doing a lot of research and I keep coming across Candida. There is good and bad bacteria in your gut. Sweets feed bad bacteria, therefore Candida grows to an unhealthy level and can cause all kinds of problems. Do a search for "leaky gut syndrome", or "Candida overgrowth", and you may find answers to all or most of your problems. I'm just now starting to figure this out and I'm still not sure what I'm going to do about it. Keep researching, you will find the answers! Get healthy! Deb

I'm a 19 year old male and this just happened to me randomly tonight. I have been very sick the past few days and this has never happened. After being in hospital for a while I was too weak to go home and my daughter sent me to a medical facility where I was taken care of for three weeks. That's where I experienced anal leakage for the first time (I have a temporary colostomy/bag on my belly but never had any rectal discharge before). Then I started taking one or to capsules of tumeric a day and it disappeared, but I didn't make the link at the time. When I was sent back home, I stopped taking the tumeric and the heavy discharge started again for at least three weeks, I was getting mad because I also had hemmorroids and I tought it was the cause of the leakage until I read about taking tumeric as a cure. I started taking tumeric again with lots of water to avoid dehydration and the discharge stopped. I hope my reply will help solve your problem. Excuse my English I'm French.
