Rectal pain and swelling ,blood

For atleast three years I have noticed rectal pain very rarely stomach nausea and on and off constipation with small stools and diaheah sometimes with thin stools after awhile I checked myself out and found a large long hard lump along the tract were my prostAte should be and figures it must be what a hemmroid feels like and then later I continued having problems and checked it again it seemed to have softened itself but is still relatively the same size . I then noticed another swelling pushing down from above the rectum while Giving pressure to defecate but am not sure what was normal and what the rectum even feels like. There has been a small amount of blood also rarely and only amounts to specs on tp and alot of the time stool is formed not thin and looks totally healthy. Is there a sensitive muscle/swelling above the rectum that aids in pushing down above anus? What could this be? Being worried I inspected rectum while it hAd air in it to feel for lumps but it seemed very smooth while inflated and normal(based on rectum diagrams)
There seems to be Lot of loose skin in rectum is this normal ?ae this seem like something serious?
It seems very thin for a rectum I have no idea how anyone could fit something inside it with the first lump along the prostate/penile line
Someo e pleSe tell me if this sounds like an abnormal rectum
