hi, im twleve and i've had this recurring nightmare for about a week or so now and it feels like it means something and i think someone could help me with that, here's how it goes
it starts in a group of tents, (for sum reason im leading a war, idk why there are adults with us) adn we are about to attack the enemy for a final battle, we win the fight and we go to a house like mine and everyone else starts singing sum song but im thinking and not singing, then its like i cant talk anymore, sorta like things in the war were so bad that i wasnt talking anymore, (those were my thoughts that i couldnt control) and then it ends
if you can figure anything out please tell me, its getting kinda scary and im getting worried

Okay man, calm down. You can have stuff like that happen if you focus a lot about something. Like for example, if I were to think about say monster trucks all the time, I would probably dream about it. It is this way because your dreams are a way for your mind to express things and memories.
