I have a small red area on my shaft. I first noticed it a out a week ago. It appeared to be dry cracked skin, but now it is smooth and red. I have out cream on it and it hasn't improved. I never had unprotected sex. It does not itch and is not raised much at all. I am worried about it, can anyone help?
