Hi, I'm sorry if this has been posted before but I've been searching for a few days over the Internet and can't find anything.

Anyway over the past 2 weeks I've had this dry skin on the neck of my shaft. It's cracked but not flaking and the cracked skin is only visible if it's erect. Flacid it doesn't look any different. The skin is much more wrinkley than it used to be but other than that it appears normal. It didn't start itching until about a week ago. I tried some cream for jock itch but it hasn't really improved anything yet. I'm really unsure as to what it is. It seems similar to a fungal infection but it's not healing like the ones I've had in the past. I haven't had sex in over 6 months now so that can't be the cause of it, and my ex was clean.

I could really use some help or at least some other ideas as to what to do. Any help is appreciated.
