I recently have gotten a red, shiny, bright burn on the bottom part of my penis. It starts under my penis and extends to the scrotum. It burns and hurts really bad, and started last night. I have been putting petroleum jelly on it and it seems to remove the pain, but I am not sure if I should see a doctor. Any Ideas? Help.
