I had a lifted nail a few days ago. I am a landscaper so I bent it more than a few times hurting it of course. I got my nails done as usual nothing out of the ordinary except normal lifting pain! Ever since whole fingertip and nail are very sore and its red! I have to keep it elevated or it throbs like crazy! My question is do I have the nail soaked off or will it subside with a little bit of growth? I have been icing it off and on since Sunday 3 am
