I have recently noticed my penis getting redder and redder it's looks to my like either a male yeast infection or jock itch but I'm not sure and plus it itches like crazy.help please

well are you sexually active?? it sounds like a yeast infection. jock itch normally does not affect the penis but the area around it and or the scrotum.
