How about HE gets a vasectomy? Its a very quick procedure and very reliable.
Since I doubt he'd agree then:
Birth control pills, or shots, are one option. IUD's (Intra-Uterine Devices) are another.
Long term, you could have your tubes tied if you are POSITIVE that you don't want any more children.
